computer doesn't know what program to use to install new skin

I just installes wmp 10. I am trying to download skins. it downloads, but
wmp doesn't know which program to use. I click on windows media player, but
it doesn't work. What program do I pick from the list?

I have the same problem. Also if the skin is placed in the Skin folder, it'll
display in the Skin Chooser in WMP10, but I won't be able to apply it!

Anyone know how to fix this???
