downloading skins

just installed wmp 10 , trying to download skins, it downloads, then it says
it can't recognize the file. I try to open it with windows media player but
won't work. what should i do? what program should I choose.

you might already have the skin. try this, choose another
skin. then try it again. I know this happens when you
have the skin you are downloading already selected.
