Skins not applying

I've downloaded WMP10 and also some skins from MSs site. WMP will not let me
apply some skins though. If I select the skin in Skin Chooser, the skin
preview show but clicking Apply Skin does nothing. If I then click the
button to go to skin mode, I get the default skin.

Any ideas?

Does this only happen with certain skins or all skins?

Just some skins such as Constantine.
