Compact, Mini, Very, Very, Very skinnie Skin, where?

Media Player 10 Skin, Looking for very compact like the Divx
Anyone know where I can find a mini skin. Microsoft's options are all a
waste of space. The standard compact one on www.divx.com is assume. It is
just a thin line. I love to surf the net while watching recorded TV on my
laptop. This is cool!!!!!!

Well, at the risk of some shameless self-promotion, you
could take a look at The Stick v2
(http://www.skinz.org/skin.phtml?skinid=5338) or
(http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/5243827/)

It's very small (fits in a title bar) but quite well
featured and works with WMP v9 and v10 (best on Win2000 or
XP).

Alternatively there are quite a few other compact WMP
skins out there - have a look on skinz or
www.wincustomize.org.

I like your compact skin, but it seems to be missing an important feature:
When you play an .asx (perhaps a radiostation) with a HTMLview, the skin
switches to the standard skin. Even if you have the visual window open.
Do you know if you can correct this? I haven't seen it working on any
skin yet...

I have to confess I've never noticed this "feature" before!
I'm working on the next version, so I'll take a look at
what's going on. My guess is that very little (i.e.
nothing) can be done to change this behaviour; if WMP is
switching out of skin mode, it's not going to be possible
to stop it :( Bah!
